Use the Log in button on this page. On M8PLAY itself the button is labelled LOGIN, also shown as LOG MASUK, near the top of the page.

Use the mobile number you registered with, or your username.

Passwords are 6 to 20 characters, the same rule as at sign-up. Check Caps Lock if it is refused.

Check your balance
Your wallet balance shows once you are in. If it looks out of date, tap REFRESH in the wallet.

M8PLAY's rebrand note is clear on one point: if you held a META888 account and are unsure about your login or your balance, contact support before creating anything new.
Do
- Try logging in on M8PLAY first, with your registered phone number or username.
- If that fails, contact support through live chat or Telegram.
- Give the mobile number you registered with. It is the detail support uses to find an existing account.
- Ask support to confirm your account's status and what to do next.
Don't
- Open a second account to start fresh. Duplicate accounts are normally not permitted, and a new one can complicate recovering an old balance.
- Share your password or an SMS code. Support will never ask for either.
- Log in through a link that arrived in an unsolicited message.

Choose the password recovery option on the M8PLAY login screen. A verification code goes by SMS to your registered number; follow it through to set a new password.
No longer have that number?
Contact live chat. You will need to prove who you are before the registered number on the account can be changed, so have your details ready. It is worth keeping the number current: it is how your account is found and how reset codes reach you.
Login problems and fixes
